We established OV Law Group with the vision that legal services do not need to be intimidating nor prohibitively expensive. We provide high-quality advisory and consulting services in the areas of international tax, pre-immigration planning, US inbound investment, estate planning, and tax compliance.

We provide our services in five languages and spare our clients the effort and expense to bridge language and cultural barriers by understanding cultural nuances.

We are a boutique law firm focused on tax planning, domestic and international compliance. We are based in Miami, Florida, United States. We focus on assisting high-net-worth individuals ("HNWI"), corporations, family offices, trust companies, and others to establish and maintain their presence in the US in accordance with US federal income tax principles. Once the client's structure is implemented, we assist with accounting, tax return preparation, and any other reporting that may be necessary.

Olga Vodolazschi is a licensed attorney in the States of Florida, New York and South Dakota. Prior to starting her own practice, Olga was Partner in an accounting and tax firm, handling all of the tax consulting projects of the firm. Olga holds a Juris Doctor (JD) degree from Seton Hall University School of Law and a Master in International Taxation (LL.M) from University of Miami School of Law. Olga’s expertise is in complex international tax structures, pre-immigration tax planning, corporate and business structure optimization. Olga is fluent in English, Spanish, Russian, French and Romanian.
